Hi, everyone. You might be thinking it’s been a while since I’ve done a proper review (or generated any content for UF). I am happy to say that I’ve been busy getting my feet wet at a magazine this semester, which–unfortunately–leaves far less time to dine, let alone write about it. The good news is: I’ll be back reviewing again as soon as the end of May. In the meantime, follow me on Instagram (seen at the bottom of any page of the site) for a peek at what I’m eating and drinking each week. By the look of that spaghettini with black truffle (that I had at Babbo just two weeks ago), it might be pretty good.
